We have four dynamic and functional classes to diversify and challenge you in your practice.

If you are new to Pilates, we suggest that you start with a FORM class to get you established. 

If you are pregnant or recovering from injury, please email us so we can find the best class to suit you.

This is our essential reformer Pilates class, which has an emphasis on form, function, and flow. Often it can be the fundamentals which can be the most challenging, yet most rewarding for the body.

This is great class for beginners.

strength, length and tone.

This is our reformer based practice which uses lighter weights with more reps to tone, sculpt and build lean muscles. We use a range of functional and dynamic movements to achieve the optimal outcome.

This class is great for those who are confident on the reformer or at an intermediate level

to you and your goals.

This is our private reformer  practice, where we spend a 45min session on setting goals, establishing the fundamentals and refining movements specific to your body. This is ideal for anyone new to Pilates or with existing injuries.
