We have four dynamic and functional classes to diversify and challenge you in your practice.
If you are new to Pilates, we suggest that you start with a FORM class to get you established.

This is our private reformer practice, where we spend a 45min session on setting goals, establishing the fundamentals and refining movements specific to your body. This is ideal for anyone new to Pilates or with existing injuries.
